Well I actually thought that I never would have any problems after having been C-mented :sad:
Appears that the 2 days of shopping and running for new :glassesclean: wasnt the smart thing to do--

U see--lifting and carrying the groceries was a strain but OK--
Today I only added to the *strain*
Was out most of the day with L.---then we did somewalking thru this god awful mall--and then my back started to feel the pangs of pain!!!! :banned: :banned: said *I*
But I really believed that I would never--ever feel any *reminder* of that injury!!!

RATZ!!!! so had to pop some alleve---and I dont like taking that--
U see---I am not used to *pain*---and I get really *nasty* when pain gets the better of me--

So now Kait is coming for the weekend--and I am not to happy about that --so Gramps can take over and do the entertaining!!!

Hi Barbara,

Well, you're probably just not used to that much activity. Anyone's back can hurt when they overdo it. Maybe some of the exercises that they showed you when you were having therapy might help.

I hope that by tomorrow you'll be feeling fit as a fiddle again.

I'd blame the mall personally. My back ALWAYS hurts after a trip there.
