I just now logged on again and hadn't realized Maggie had also posted the recipe. I do not receive the magazine, but while reading this week from all you MI's, when this came in my e-mail I couldn't resist posting it right away.

I plan on subscribing to the magazine soon. How do you like it, Maggie? I know I love getting the free recipes in the e-mail! Fun new things to try, and I did that some at Christmas!

I kind of thought you were both trying to post an EF recipe for me since I've been complaining about it so much! Thank you for the recipe. I think I might try it, if I'm not intolerant to carrots.

That was my latest guess, but I think they may be OK.

Have you ever heard of "nondairy cream cheese?" I suspect that it's made from soy or tofu, but I don't think I've ever seen it. It's nice that they gave an alternative.

I think I'll sign up for the emails, too.

Hi Mary - I love the magazine and it is well worth getting.

Gloria - they are ones made with soy but there are also some that are done with rice milk but much harder to find. Just have to try health food and natural food stores.
