Hopefully, you will get some responses with suggestions for proven products that you can safely use. I suspect that ingredients may need to be carefully considered, when choosing lipstick. For most other skin care products, though, this may not be a problem, (except in the situation where skin is licked, and your partner's choice of products would probably be much more important than yours, in that situation).
Gluten in skin care products, for example, is typically not a problem, unless dermatitis herpetiformis is present. With DH, you definitely have to avoid contact with gluten, but with only digestive system manifestations of gluten-sensitive enteropathy, skin exposure is usually not an issue, or at least, I've never heard of a case where it was. Of course, I'm just making a WAEG when I extend this "theory" to soy in skin care products, but so far, at least, I've seen no reason to change that opinion.
