Hi Dee,
Don't worry, it just looks that way if you click on the "Blogs" link. If you click on the "My Blogs" link, you should see only one. The duplicate in the "Blogs" link is just a carryover from the initial creation phase. If you click on either one of them, the system will take you to the correct blog.
