Hope this post finds you doing well!
Thought I'd share this with you.
Mother's margarine will not be supplying the soy free stick margarine this year for Passover.
Just the soft tubs.
Do use use the soft margarine for baking????

I didn't find anything but the soft tubs last year. The Jewish teacher told me that she's never seen the sticks for sale. So yes, we do have to use the soft margarine in baking. I sometimes also use a combination of Ghee and Spectra coconut spread when baking. Ghee for the flavor and Spectra for the solidifying.
