Hi Everyone!

I received this today in the mail and thought I would share it with everyone here. Some of you may have your own but for some of the Newbies this just might be something anybody would love to enter. I think it would be amazing if someone from PP could win one of the six trips being offered and represent us! Read, enter and see what happens!

Quick Tips Contest!
Tell others how you manage the challenges of ulcerative colities (UC) and you could be selected to spend a couple days in sunny California.

Celebrating UC Success honors people who have found personal ways to manage their condition, and highlights their success stories in a way that helps educate and inspire UC patients and supporters. This year, we're looking for QUICK TIPS - "tried and true" lifestyle tips that you have discovered through your experience to help manage your disease on a daily basis.

Six people will be selected to take a trip to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's "Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis Walk" on June 28,2009 in Orange County, CA. This two-mile walk is dedicated to finding cures for digestive diseases. Winners will be able to meet with others affected by UC, and will be honored at exciting "Take Steps" festivities.

GOOD LUCK, AND DON'T FORGET TO SHARE YOUR "QUICK TIPS" BY APRIL 13!

How To Enter:
Make a short video or write a brief essay about how you deal with your UC challenges, and upload it at www.UCSuccess.org by April 13,2009.

Two winners (one video, one essay) will be chosen from each of these categories:
* Wellness: diet and fitness tips

* Lifestyle: travel and occupational tips
Relationships: dating,support, family and physician relationship
tips

FYI, I do not know if this is only for UC suffers or since they do mention digestive diseases and Crohn's & Colitis Foundation if this includes MC, LC, CC and all IBD's. It sure wouldn't hurt to check it out if anyone is interested.
