Very good article in it about non celiac gluten intolerance.
A young woman was suffering with most of the symptoms that we experience.
Sad, but thru, she was diagnosed by a naturopathic doctor, after having a regular MD tell her she had osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arhtritis, depression fibromyalgia, prediabtetes, and a hormonal imbalance at the age of 42, and telling her that she was just getting old & had to live with it.
She is now healthy after removing gluten from her diet, and her traditonal doctors refuse to acknowledge her intolerance.. Sound familiar??????
Stated that non celiac gluten intolerance is 30 times more prevalent than celiac disease.

That's a pretty amazing statistic, especially when you consider that most docs don't recognize non-celiac gluten intolerance. WAKE UP, DOCS!!!
