Well, thank you so much, dear friends, for the warm birthday wishes.
Sorry I have not been here more - I try to pop in and lurk whenever possible. Am very busy running around after mother, step-mother, and mother-in-law who are all becoming more frail by the day. Stepmom (age 93) is now on hospice. Our Rusty (golden retriever) is also becoming more frail daily -he'll be 13 in 2 mos., and his hind legs are getting weaker from arthritis. He still has his wonderful spirit and keeps trying to go full steam.....but just can't any more. It's so sad. Sigh.
My latest "kick" - I'm taking Chinese lessons! It's very different, and I'm enjoying it. The MC has been in good control, so I'm always thankful for that. Sinuses are quiet, too, for now (knock on wood). All in all, life is good, except for the aging moms and dog.
Barbara - I loved the card! You always send such unique and perfect cards. It was the first one I opened this year. Thank you so much for thinking of me, as usual. You are a wonderful, caring, and committed friend. I also heard from Pegster, who is doing much better MC-wise and is back to work part-time.
Will try to check in more often. I think of everyone constantly and follow your posts with great interest, even if I don't have time to write.

Dr Fine test shows positive for gluten and casien but negative for soy, eggs, and yeast
Maybe its UC maybe its MC? Who knows at this point, but at least I know my intollerances now... so heres to the road to healing!
